Shadow Work
Unless you learn to face your own shadows, you will continue to see them in others, because the world outside you is only a reflection of the world inside you.
The Swiss Psychologist Carl Jung said we never see others. Instead we see only aspects of ourselves that fall over them. Shadows. Projections. Our associations. Everything that irritates us about others can lead us to a better understanding of ourselves.
We cannot change anything until we accept it. Condemnation does not liberate, it oppresses.

Breathwork
Meditation is great but I much prefer breathwork. Breathe through your nose to calm your nervous system, or conscious connected breathing (through the mouth without pausing at the top and bottom of the breath) to energize. Many people use breathwork to release emotional blocks.

Get in the habit of Journaling 10 min. daily (writing is better than typing).

Be Here Now. Stop “time traveling” to the past and future by bringing your awareness back to the Present Moment.
